My yoga teaching philosophy is based on the Hatha Yoga teaching practice. Hatha Yoga is the balance of the body, mind, and breath. You and your body will learn better breathing, better posture, increased flexibility, improved concentration, and an amazing overall sense of peacefulness. You will learn to love Yoga if you don’t already have this in your life.
Most of my classes are currently geared toward beginner level students. During any class, all poses can be taken to more advanced levels. Each individual's needs will be accommodated.
If the schools are closed for inclement weather, we will be closed also.
If there are any icy conditions during the school Holiday break, we will be closed.
Please check the website for updates.
